  Please review this slide presentation for all new changes to your benefits for Plan Year 2012. You will also view a step by step process in how to find a doctor in our POS Open Access Network. Be sure you verify that your current doctor is in this system for 2012 or be prepared to pay 'out-of-network' rates and higher deductibles if you choose not to change a particular doctor.

2012 BOR Healthcare Guides are available in HR on the 3rd floor of One Park Place during hours of operation, 8:30am to 5:15pm.  Kiosks are available during normal business hours for online access.
