2010 Benefits Open Enrollment for Active Employees
Open Enrollment for 2010 is Monday, October, 26, 2009 through Friday,November 20, 2009.
During this open enrollment period, you can use the ADP/payroll Employee Self Service Portal (ESS) to view your current benefits and make any changes to your elections. ADP will be mailing a 2010 Benefits Enrollment Worksheet to your home address that will indicate all of your current benefits in bold. Changes made during the open enrollment period become effective January 1, 2010.
In order to elect your benefit options go to https://portal.adp.com. If you need assistance registering for the portal, instructions are available at http://www.gsu.edu/hr/34376.html Employees are also welcome to use the kiosks in the Benefits Office on the 3rd floor of One Park Place throughout the open enrollment period.

Preferred Provider Option (PPO)

We do have limited quantities of 2010 Health Care Basics: The Formula for Making the Right Choice; and a brochure with all important benefits changes for 2010, at the Payroll/Benefits window during regular business hours on the 3rd floor of One Park Place.

How Seed Money Works:
For single coverage: $750 will be deposited 1/2 in January 2010 and 1/2 in July 2010
For employee + one and family coverage: $1500 will be deposited on the same schedule.
Please be reminded that the Indemnity Medical Plan will no longer be available as of January 1, 2010. Any employee who does not make a selection for another medical plan will be defaulted to the Preferred Provider PPO Option. Remember also that all Flexible Spending Account participants must re-enroll for the plan for year 2010.
