- Training and Development provides vibrant and timely courses to aid in the professional development of all staff
- Facilitate group sessions
- Design, administer and analyze surveys, questionnaires and other data collection efforts
- Executive Coaching – Leadership coaching that promotes the usage of best management practices.
- Use Group Decision Making Tools – including Affinity Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis, Nominal Group Techniques{NGT}, and Fishbone Diagrams
- Facilitate focus groups to collect feedback/ data from customers, stake holders & staff
- Lead Rapid Process Improvement initiatives by applying one of several applicable process improvement techniques – including Six Sigma, LEAN, P-D-C-A
- Assist units with establishing key data elements necessary to effectively mange business performance – including Key Performance Indicators {KPIs}, appropriate measures for the unit’s Institutional Effectiveness Indicators and/or for monitoring goals/ objectives tracked in Assessments / Evaluations
- Assist with set-up, organization and management of Advisory Committees/ Ad-hoc Committees and/or work teams
- Support departments and colleges planning process to complete their strategic plans and related reports
- Facilitate retreats and/or process teams through process improvement activities
- Assist with major change initiatives and develop programming to create stable environments
