  • Assist with set-up, organization and management of Advisory Committees/ Ad-hoc Committees and/or work teams
  • Support departments and colleges planning process to complete their strategic plans and related reports
  • Facilitate retreats and/or process teams through process improvement activities
  • Assist with major change initiatives and develop programming to create stable environments
