For more than 15 years, the Division of Finance and Administration has been recognizing the importance of honoring its employees who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their every day jobs. The "Rewards & Recognition" program is designed to highlight employee achievements ranging from those who exhibit: Exceptional Customer Service, Continued Education, Advance Degrees, and those who help save the university substantial amounts of money through process improvements and their bright ideas.

2012 Awards:

 

Bright Idea Award: This award is designed to recognize those individuals who have an innovative idea for a new initiative or solution to a workplace challenge, big or small.

Process Improvement Award: This award is designed for individuals or groups who have brought about improvement of a unit, division and /or university process

Exceptional Customer Service Award:  This award is designed to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service by going "above and beyond" their job scope.

Professional Improvement Recognition: 

We like to honor those employees who have taken the initiative to better themselves through professional development and education.  If you have or know an employee that has completed a continuing education certificate or advanced degree(s) send an email to rewards@gsu.edu .

The Annual Reward & Recognition Program will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012, 2:00pm - 4:00pm at Rialto Center for the Arts and Dahlberg Hall from 10:30pm to 11:45pm for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
