For more than 15 years, the Division of Finance and Administration has been recognizing the importance of honoring its employees who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their every day jobs. The "Rewards & Recognition" program is designed to highlight employee achievements ranging from those who have a Bright Idea, Process Improvement, exhibit Exceptional Customer Service, and Professional Improvement themselves through professional development and education.

Nominate Someone From Your Area

Please Note: Nominations are for Finance and Administration Employees only. One Award per submission, if someone is being nominated for 3 different awards for the same idea there must be 1 submission for each award to be a valid nomination.

 

2012 Awards:

 

Bright Idea Award: This award recognizes those individuals who have an innovative idea for a new initiative or solution to workplace challenges big or small.

Process Improvement Award: This award recognizes those individuals or groups who have brought about an improvement in a unit, division, and/or university process.

Exceptional Customer Service Award:  This award is designed to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service by going "above and beyond" one’s job scope.

Professional Improvement Recognition: Honors those employees who have taken the initiative to better themselves through professional development and education

The Annual Reward & Recognition Program will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012, 2:00pm - 4:00pm at Rialto Center for the Arts and Dahlberg Hall from 10:30pm to 11:45pm for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
