Getting Started
Welcome to Georgia State University!
As a member of the Georgia State community, you will be working with thousands of others to ensure that Georgia State remains a center of excellence in teaching, research, and service. As a Georgia State employee you are eligible for one of our great benefits, Panther Perqs. You will want to get acquainted and comply with University policies and procedures. The Panther Tracks New Employee Orientation (NEO) will help you do just that. The tour following the NEO presentation is worth the time (20 minutes) and will acquaint you with the campus as it spreads around Atlanta.
Day and Time:
New Employee Orientation sessions for all University employees are held every fourth Wednesday of the month. Registration begins at 8:45 AM. The program begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:30 PM. The bus tour follows immediately and lasts about 20 minutes.

Employees can register in person at the HR Department located in 1 Park Place, Suite 300, or online by clicking here.
