Human Resources Administration is where the vision, leadership and direction for the units are supported and implemented through excellence in project management, change management and communication. It is our intent to deliver increased value to Georgia State University with effectiveness of outcomes that are determined by using effective and accurate HR metrics.
Human Resources Administration is comprised of the following units: Classification & Compensation, Employee Development and Wellness Services, Organizational Development and Consulting Services and Staff Recruitment and Retention.

We procure supervisors, managers, and leaders by providing resources and training to assist them in the development of their own staff.
