Welcome to Georgia State University and the Office of Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources Information Systems (PBH) services. This unit is responsible for providing timely and accurate payments to the employees of Georgia State University as well as the administration of all benefits and maintenance of personnel records. The PBH Office strives to provide quality services in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the University System of Georgia, and applicable Federal and State government agencies and regulations.
