The Lofts Apartments
The Lofts offers a variety of apartment styles:
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
Two bedrooms and one bathroom
One bedroom and one bathroom
Studio
Shared bedroom option in 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments
The Bedroom
Students will have a bed and a mattress [extra long twin], a built in closet, a dresser, a desk, and a two-position chair. Residents supply their own linens and other amenities. Cable television service and direct internet access are provided in each bedroom. There is also a telephone jack in each bedroom. Any telephone service provider can be contacted directly to connect this line if you would like telephone service in your bedroom. All windows are treated with mini-blinds.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized self-cleaning electric stove, oven, a frost-free refrigerator and freezer with an icemaker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Microwaves are not supplied in the Lofts. Plenty of counter and cabinet space is available in each apartment. There is one telephone jack in the kitchen with local phone service. Residents need to supply the telephone instrument.
The Living Area
The living area is furnished with a sofa, a lounge chair, a coffee table, end table, and dining table with chairs. Cable television service is provided in the living area. All windows are treated with mini-blinds.
The Bathroom
The bathrooms include a toilet, a full-sized bathtub with a shower, and a separate vanity area with sink, mirror, a medicine cabinet. Residents will need to supply a shower curtain.
