Room Type Descriptions
A shared bedroom is a bedroom within a suite/apartment that is shared by two to three residents.
A single bedroom is a bedroom that is occupied by one resident located within an apartment/suite that contains a shared bedroom.
A private bedroom is a bedroom that is occupied by one resident located within an apartment that only consists of private bedrooms.

Living–Learning Communities offer dedicated and distinctive themed living options to our residents.
The Greek Housing community consists of nine fraternities and sororities housed in three-story townhomes, which range in size from 9-19 beds per unit.
The Lofts contains 231 apartments, with total occupancy of 550 residents, primarily undergraduate students.
Piedmont North houses 1100 residents. Our recently renovated facility offering all the amenities of on-campus living.
The Commons, a 4.2-acre complex of four apartment buildings which houses approximately 2,000 Georgia State University students.
