Rates for May 2009 – Spring 2010
Rates are subject to change. Rates are based on a per bed rate. All housing and parking fees are due before the start of the related semester when tuition and fees are due or immediately following an assignment being accepted if the semester has already started.
Payment Plan
The University has contracted with an outside vendor that offers an installment payment plan for housing fees. This vendor provides a way for students to spread payment of Georgia State's housing fee over a number of months instead of paying in one lump sum. There is an annual enrollment fee with this vendor but no interest payments since it is not a loan. For more information, see "related links" or call (800) 635-0120.
