Rates are subject to change. Rates are based on a per bed rate. All housing and parking fees are due before the start of the related semester when tuition and fees are due or immediately following an assignment being accepted if the semester has already started.
Payment Plan
The TuitionPay Plan for Housing is the interest-free, debt-free way to spread your housing payments over a number of months. The TuitionPay Plan for Housing may only be used to budget housing costs. It is NOT A LOAN, so there is no interest payments, only a low annual enrollment fee. The Plan allows you to break down your housing expenses into easy-to-manage installments, rather than one lump-sum payment. Once you're enrolled, you can manage your account online!
