Maintenance and Operations Staff
University Housing facilities team is comprised of maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff members who are responsible for all building repairs, preventive maintenance, building heating/cooling systems operation and renovation work in the University residence halls.
The maintenance staff works primarily from 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additionally, one maintenance person is on stand-by to address immediate maintenance needs 24 hours a day.
