Maintenance Requests
Any damage or repair request for the apartment or any common area should be reported immediately on line at http://tmaserver.gsu.edu/, if you do not have access to the internet contact the community desk. After hours facility emergencies (i.e., flooding, exposed electrical wiring) should be called into the Resident Assistant on duty for your building to assess the situation.
Routine maintenance requests are usually completed within three business days. During peak times of year, or when emergency situations arise, routine requests may be delayed.
The maintenance staff is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For same day service on urgent requests, submit requests by noon.
If your maintenance request has not been completed within three business days, submit a second request. Inform the Community Desk staff member that this is a second request.
