Housing
Our Housing rates are based on your requirements for Linen Service and number of bed spaces.
- Short-Term Stays (29 days or less)
$35.00 per person per night for Standard Linen Service
Each bedroom is supplied with sheets, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, a towel, washcloth, hand towel, and bathmat. Beds are not made; sheets and pillowcase are exchanged weekly. Towel exchange is available daily at the front desk. Toiletries are not provided.
$28.00 per person per night for No Linen Service:
Linens, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Here is a list of What To Bring.
- Long-Term Stays & Interns (30+ Days)
$830.00 per person per month with No Linen Service:
Linens, towels, and toiletries are not provided.
* If linen service is needed, University Housing will provide 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 2 sheets, and a blanket at an additional rate of $75 per month. Linen can be exchanged weekly in a central location and guests will be responsible for the upkeep of their linen between exchanges.
Parking
Secured parking is available at the University Commons complex at the following rates:
- $5.00 per day per regular size vehicle (up to an SUV) / $25.00 per week
- $10.00 per day per 15-passenger van, $50.00 per week
- $75.00 per day per bus / $450.00 per week
Meal Plans (in the dining center):
- Breakfast $8.00 per person
- Lunch $10.00 per person
- Dinner $14.00 per person
* It is not required to have all three meals on a plan, however, it is required to have a meal plan for the entire group if you desire to use this facility. Example: If you have 20 people in your group and desire a meal plan in the dining center, then all 20 will be on a plan; 15 of 20 could not get a meal plan.
* Outside catering can be arranged through the Conference Services office. There is a $100 service charge for all outside catered or self-provided meals in our meeting room spaces.
