Georgia State University provides several locations around campus for students to securely store bicycles.
- Insurance
Renter’s insurance may be obtained through the National Student Services Inc. arranged by Georgia State University or by alternative insurance companies.
- Lockouts & Lost Access Cards

In the event of a misplaced or lost key, students should go to the Community Desk to check out a spare key and will only be issued for a maximum of twenty four hours.
Misplaced or lost access cards can be replaced through reporting to the Community Desk.
- Lost and Found

If you have lost an item, please check with the Community Desk and the Georgia State University Police.
- Mail Room

Georgia State University Housing provides each resident with a mailbox that is accessible 24 hours a day.
- Mail Forwarding

After move-out, your mail will be forwarded for two months to the address you submit or until the labels run out.
