The University Honors Program has a number of Incoming freshman scholarships for students who have excelled, both academically and in extracurricular activities, during their high school career. Students must first apply and be accepted to Georgia State University in order to be considered for these scholarships. Incoming freshman are also eligible for University Assistantships, a work opportunity where students conduct research in labs, perform in ensembles, assist in an office setting, or engage in research with a professor. Descriptions of current assistantship duties can be found on the link to the left. Currently enrolled Honors students are eligible to apply for University scholarships through Georgia State University's main scholarship site: www.gsu.edu/scholarships.
