How do I request a change in location, owner or other information about my telephone line?

  • Contact the IS&T Help Center by phone at (404) 413-HELP (4357) or help@gsu.edu.
  • Have the following information available:
    • first and last name, office location, phone number, department/college, contact (if other than person making the request).
    • phone number of line to be repaired, type of phone, model number of phone and detailed description of the problem.

A representative will contact you to schedule a convenient time to modify your phone service.
