How do I fix a problem with my voice mail?

  • Contact the IS&T Help Center by phone (404) 413-HELP (4357) or e-mail help@gsu.edu.
  • Have the following information available:
    • first & last name, office location, phone number, department/college, contact (if other than person making request),
    • phone number of voice mail to be repaired, type of equipment currently using, and a detailed description of the problem

Your request is processed and you are contacted when the voice mail has been repaired. There is a fee for this service. Please have your departmental credit card available at the time of service.
