Printers
Printers used with Spectrum must have Microsoft-certified printer drivers installed on the Citrix servers. Printers are categorized as either Unsupported Printers (due to unavailability of drivers), or Supported Printers (with certified drivers). Please contact the Help Center, 404-413-HELP (4357) or help@gsu.edu to determine whether your printer is supported by the Spectrum System.

Installing this Citrix ICA Client is a necessary step prior to executing the Spectrum System from the Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 or 3.x workstation. You may either download and save this file now (in the C: temp directory), or follow the detailed instructions in the documentation.
