How do I fix sound issues in the classroom?
Verify that the amplifier is turned on and the volume is up.
If your source of video is a DVD playing through the computer and there is no sound, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the digital projector is on
2. Double click the speaker icon on the PC to make sure that none of the computer volume controls have been muted
3. Make sure the amplifier is turned on and the volume is up
* In rooms where there is a Crestron there are also volume controls on the touch panel.
