How do I find answers to questions about uLearn?
Using uLearn
First Time Login to uLearn
Your uLearn username is the same as your Georgia State University username; it is everything before the @ sign in your Georgia State e-mail address.
Your password is the same as your Go Solar pin number.
If you have not used uLearn before, you may need to:
Configure your browser >. We are using Vista 8.0.
Login Instructions
- Go to http://ulearn.gsu.edu/.
- Enter your userid and password.
- Click Go. The uLearn page will appear.
Computer Settings
The Browser Tune-up is a must for all who use uLearn. The tune-up will eliminate many access and technical problems.

Plug-ins
A plug-in is a tool used to enhance an application such as uLearn. It's in the form of a file that is downloaded to a computer. You may need certain plug-ins to view movies, presentations, etc, that are available in your courses. The plug-ins you will need will depend on the type of content you are try to view. Common plug-ins include Adobe PDF reader, Adobe Flash Player, and Quicktime.
