How do I setup GroupWise Mobile for Smartphones?
You will first need to download GroupWise Mobile Suite. The Suite allows you to access your GroupWise mail, appointments, tasks, contacts, and notes securely on your mobile device anywhere through your wireless carrier or over WiFi. In addition, you can view most attachments in graphical format.
Note: GroupWise Mobile Suite supports hundreds of mobile devices, but the extensive list does not include the Blackberry and is not intended to replace the service provided by the Blackberry Enterprise Server.
How to download and install GroupWise Mobile Suite
Access the Intellisync Mobile Suite Client Installation PDF for complete download and installation instructions. But before installing the suite, please make sure your device meets the minimum requirements listed on the "Minimum Requirements Client Worksheet" at the top of the first page of the PDF.
Note: There is an issue with the Nokia 9300, OS: Series 80 Symbian V7.0. Appointments arrive as email and there is no "accept button." This means that appointments will not post to the calendar.
