Mission Statement
The mission of the Help Center is to provide fast, knowledgeable, and consistent support to the Georgia State University community.
In honor of our mission statement the Help Center has recently upgraded to a new ticket tracking system; FootPrints.
Numara FootPrints is a web based work ticket software package replacing HEAT. It is not restricted to any specific browser, or OS. However, you must have pop-ups enabled.
In addition to a customer friendly web interface FootPrints has a Knowledge Base included. Log in here to submit a Help Desk request as well as find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
