ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.) is Georgia State University's outsourced provider for Payroll and Benefits.

Axiom is an integration and identity disambiguation tool used by admissions departments to load admissions applications and test score data for prospective students into Banner, the University's Student Information System.
It is a commercial product provided and supported by Software Systems of Delaware, Inc. (SSD) in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
Banner is the University's Student Information System. Banner Self-Service is utilized by Students and Faculty providing access to specific functions (e.g., course registration for students, grade entry for faculty).
It is a commercial product provided and supported by SunGard Higher Education in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department and the Enrollment Service's Banner Office. If you have questions, issues, problems, etc. please contact the Banner Systems Office .
Banner is the University's Student Information System. The Banner Document Management System is, as the name infers, a document management system tightly integrated with the Banner Student Information System. It is a suite of commercial products provided by EMC Corporation marketed as the ApplicationXtender Family.
The product(s) are integrated with the Banner Student Information System and provided to the University by SunGard Higher Education. It is utilized by Staff in conjunction with Banner INB providing access to scanned images of student records.

Financial Edge is an accounting and financial application utilized by the Georgia State University Foundation to manage its financial operations. It is a commercial product provided by and supported by Blackbaud, Inc. in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
Raiser's Edge is a fundraising application utilized by the Georgia State Foundation, the Office of Development, and Development Officers across Georgia State University to manage fundraising operations.
It is a commercial product provided by and supported by Blackbaud, Inc. in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
Chematix is a chemical inventory and tracking application utilized by researchers throughout the University. It is a commercial product provided by the University of Georgia Research Foundation. It was developed by by SIVCO Tracking, Inc. and is supported in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
COMPASS Test Sign-up is a custom application provided and supported by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is utilized by incoming Students to register for the COMPASS Math Placement Test.
Crystal Enterprise is a delivery platform for reports developed by Decision Support Services (DSS). DSS creates and modifies reports run primarily from the University's Student Information System, Banner. It is a commercial product provided and supported by SAP AG in collaboration with Georgia State University's Decision Support Services, a unit of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
CampusID Self-service is a custom application provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is utilized by Students, Faculty, and Staff to manage their CampusID password.
Internet Native Banner (INB) is the application faculty and staff use to access student records.It can be accessed in three ways:
- Log into PAWS using your Campus ID and password. On the Home tab, you will see a list of applications in the left column. Click on Banner INB. You will be automatically logged in.
- Go to www.gosolar.gsu.edu, click on Internet Native Banner, and enter your Campus ID and password.
- Go directly to INB at http://inb.gosolar.gsu.edu. Enter your Campus ID and password.
Access to INB is administered and approved by the Banner Systems Office
iPort is a custom application provided and maintained by Decision Support Services, a unit of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. It is used by Staff as a Business Intelligence tool providing access to the University's enterprise data warehouse.
IRBWise is the University's IRB (Institutional Review Board) management and tracking tool. It is used by University Research Services & Administration (URSA) and researchers to monitor research involving humans. It is a commercial product provided by IRB Solutions, Inc. and supported by collaboration with URSA and IS&T.
A centralized web site (portal) that gives students, faculty, and staff personalized access to wide-ranging campus resources in a single location.
PeopleSoft Financials is the University's enterprise financial application. It is utilized by Faculty and Staff providing access to the finance and accounting functions (e.g., accounts payable, budgeting) required to manage the financial and administrative functions associated with University operations. It is a commercial product provided and supported by Oracle in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department and Finance & Administration's Spectrum Office. PeopleSoft Grants Management is utilized by University Research Services & Administration (URSA) providing access to the finance and accounting functions (e.g., contracts administration, billing) required to manage the financial and administrative functions associated with sponsored research. It is a commercial product provided and supported by Oracle in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
PERS is the University's Effort Reporting System. It is utilized by University Research Services & Administration (URSA) to certify time spent on sponsored research initiatives in accordance with federal and institution policy. It is a commercial product provided and supported by Maximus in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
RedDot WCMS is the University's content management system. It is utilized by Faculty and Staff to update and publish content to the University's website. It is a commercial product provided and supported by OpenText in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department. Please visit the GSU's Content Management System site for instructions and examples.
SAC Elections is a custom application provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is utilized by Staff to vote for Staff Council representatives in annual elections, and by user population to manage the election process.
Student Technology Fee is a custom application provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is utilized by Faculty and Staff to create Student Technology Fee proposals and manage them throughout their lifecycle.
TouchNet Marketplace is utilized to integrate credit card and online check processing into University websites. It is a commercial product provided by and supported by TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. in collaboration with Georgia State University's IS&T department.
Textbook Adoptions is a custom application provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is utilized by Faculty to designate textbooks and materials to be utilized in specific courses. It is also utilized by bookstores for procurement purposes.
Training Registration is a custom application provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. While primarily used by administrative units, it is available to any Faculty or Staff. It provides functionality to schedule and manage training events as well as participant registration.
uLearn can be used to create entire online courses or to complement classroom-based courses.
URSA-Net is a custom suite of applications provided and maintained by Georgia State University's IS&T department. It is a suite of modular applications designed to support University Research Services and Administration (URSA).
