The IS&T Help Center provides Georgia State University faculty and staff with support for software, hardware, telecommunications and network issues. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will assign it to the appropriate IS&T department.
Report an Issue
If you have a technical problem, you can e-mail the IS&T Help Center. We will respond to your request within four hours.
However, if your problem is CRITICAL, please call us at 404-413-HELP (4357) in order to resolve the issue faster.

Some of our services include workstation and classroom support, wireless technology, research computing, printing, media duplication, IT training and website development. All of our services can be requested through our award-winning Help Center.
The New Help Desk Application
To ensure that each technical incident or service request is properly logged, tracked and resolved, IS&T uses Numara's Footprints. This system allows you to check on the status of your incident and create a new request. You may go to http://helpdesk.gsu.edu/ and login with your CampusID or use the login to the right.
