Domestic Violence Prevention Week
During this week-long event, each fall term, various activities are provided that talk about domestic violence, partner violence and relationship abuse including how to prevent and reduce them.
Sexual Assault Prevention Week
During this week, which often occurs at different times of the year, the campus community will learn about sexual assault, date rape, acquaintance rape, and stereotypes about sexual assault. There will be plenty of programming and discussion designed to reduce sexual assault myths as well as suggestions for preventing or reducing sexual assault on campus.
Violence Prevention Day
Violence prevention day is all about raising awareness and educating students, faculty and staff on effective ways to prevent or reduce youth and young adult violence. Violence prevention day typically occurs each April.
