Instructions for Submitting a Proposal
Please read through all instructions carefully prior to submitting a proposal.
1. Have your faculty sponsor read and approve your abstract.
2. Complete the Proposal Submission Form by January 31, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. (Visit this site and click on the "Submit a Proposal" link)
3. Be sure your attached abstract includes the following: title, authors, department, and faculty sponsor. Click here to view a sample abstract.
3. Students may submit only one project as first author. We reserve the right to switch presentation formats due to space constraints.
