DIRECTIONS TO M-DECK PARKING &
DAHLBERG HALL (formerly Alumni Hall)
1-75 Southbound and 1-85 Southbound: Get off at Exit 249A (Courtland Street/Georgia
State University).When you exit, keep straight and go through the seventh traffic light,
which is Edgewood Avenue. After you go through Edgewood Avenue, make the next left
onto a small street called Auditorium Place. Dahlberg Hall (formerly Alumni Hall) is on the immediate right. To park, turn right into the visitor parking area. Dahlberg Hall is located in front of M- Deck.
1-75 Northbound and 1-85 Northbound: Get off at Exit 246 (Central Avenue/Fulton
Street). When you exit, bear to the right and turn right at the first traffic light, which is
Fulton Street. Go to the next traffic light, which is Capitol Avenue, and make a left. Go
through the seventh traffic light, which is Gilmer Street. After you go through Gilmer
Street, make the next left onto a small street called Auditorium Place. Dahlberg Hall will be ahead on the left. To park, turn left into the visitor parking area. Dahlberg Hall is located in front of M- Deck.
1-20 Westbound: Get off at Exit 58-A (Capitol Avenue). When you exit, turn right onto
Capitol Avenue and go through the fifth traffic light, which is Gilmer Street. After you go through Gilmer Street, make the next left onto a small street called Auditorium Place.Dahlberg Hall will be ahead on the left. To park, turn left into the visitor parking area. Dahlberg Hall is located in front of M- Deck.
1-20 Eastbound: Get off at Exit 56-B (Spring and Windsor streets). When you exit, keep
straight and go to the third traffic light, which is Central Avenue. Turn left onto Central
Avenue and go to Decatur Street. You will pass Underground Atlanta and the World of
Coca-Cola along the way. At Decatur Street turn right and go to the second traffic light,
which is Piedmont Avenue. Turn left onto Piedmont Avenue and go through the next
traffic light, which is Gilmer Street. After you go through Gilmer Street, make the next left onto a small street called Auditorium Place. Dahlberg Hall will be ahead on the left. To park, turn left into the visitor parking area. Dahlberg Hall is located in front of M- Deck.
From Highway 78: Take Highway 78 (it will turn into Ponce de Leon Avenue) to Juniper
Street (one block before Peachtree Street). Turn left onto Juniper Street and go about two
miles to Edgewood Avenue. You will see a park to the right. Go through Edgewood
Avenue and make the next left onto a small street called Auditorium Place. Dahlberg Hall is on the immediate right. To park, turn right into the visitor parking area. Dahlberg Hall is located in front of M- Deck.
From MARTA: Exit the train at E 1- The Georgia State Marta Station, which is on the
East/West line. When you exit the station, turn right onto Piedmont Avenue and walk to
the second traffic light, which is Gilmer Street. Turn left onto Gilmer Street and walk to the next light, which is Courtland Street. Dahlberg Hall is on the immediate right.
