University Career Services (UCS) serves current Georgia State students and Alumni Career Services offers ongoing career management for alumni.
University Career Services
UCS provides students with career decision-making assistance and helps them identify and pursue career opportunities. Through career fairs, panels, campus recruiting and other programs, students get direct exposure to employers with high quality entry-level and internship opportunities and important career and employer information.
Students registered with UCS can:
- Access online career guidance and employment research tools
- Make appointments for individual career counseling
- Participate in Practice with Professionals mock interviews and have resumes critiqued
- Receive e-mail notifications of career related programs targeted to your interest or major
- Broaden your opportunities by placing your resume in a customized resume database that employers search to fill career and internship positions
Alumni Career Services
The Alumni Association offers a comprehensive program of career services to assist Georgia State alumni with ongoing career management. Offered as a benefit of membership in the Alumni Association, these programs are available in person, by telephone and via Internet access.
