Students who previously attended Georgia State University but have not completed any coursework at Georgia State for at least three semesters Students who have graduated from an accredited high school or earned their GED and have not been enrolled in college within the past five years Students who are enrolled at a regionally accredited institution in the United States and wish to attend Georgia State for credits toward a degree back at their home institution
