Promoting, providing and creating – those are the three main functions of Georgia State University’s Department of University Relations. We promote: The progressive, exciting stories that show Georgia State to be a leading research university. We provide information to regularly update the campus community and general public on what’s happening on the Georgia State campus. We create image-building and branding, promotional and marketing materials that positively position the university.
In promoting Georgia State, the university relations staff seeks to tell the Georgia State story in a variety of ways – through media, public and community relations, marketing, photography, graphic and Web design, and special publications.
