One of the major inhibitors of organizational performance is complexity - "low value" work that saps an organization's resources and talent while making little or no contribution to organizational success. Many organizations have significantly improved performance by better managing complexity and diverting time and focus from "low value" to "high value" work. Join us for this overview of the causes of complexity, and a discussion of leadership actions that can be taken to address this issue.
