Letter of Completion

A Letter of Completion can be issued by the Graduation Office when a student has completed all requirements toward their degree but did not apply to graduate on time. To receive a Letter of Completion, please submit your request in writing to the Office of the Registrar, with your name, student ID number, academic college, and the name and address of the person or entity to whom it should be mailed. Submit the request to the Graduation Office, 231 Sparks Hall.
