Student insurance is available for the 2009-2010 academic year.

  • Deadline to enroll for Fall Semester WAS September 1, 2009.
  • Spring/Summer Open Enrollment will end on February 1, 2009.
  • Deadline to file a waiver for Spring/Summer 2009 is February 8, 2009.

Definitions

Mandatory Undergraduates:  undergraduate students with a "F" or "J" visa status

Mandatory Gradute Int'l:  graduate students with a "F" or "J" visa status

Mandatory Graduate Assistants with FT Tuition Waiver or Fellowship:  graduate students receiving full-time tuition waivers or fellowships

Mandatory Graduate Assistants with A&S FT Tuition Waiver:  gradudate A&S students receiving full-time tuition waivers

Voluntary:  all students who are not part of the mandatory groups AND enrolled for six (6) or more credit hours per semester
