Identification Card
The host institution may require new cross registration students to obtain an ID card. Refer to your acceptance letter for more details.
Registration
ARCHE participants are registered during late registration at the host institution. Cross registration occurs only after the host institution’s regular enrolled or continuing students have had first priority for registration. Once the ARCHE registration time period closes, there will be no registration of ARCHE participates. The application is then canceled and the student’s registration status is not registered.
Application Deadline
ARCHE Cross Registration Applications will not be accepted after the deadline has passed. If a course is canceled at a student's home institution and the ARCHE deadline has passed, the student should contact his/her academic advisor for other options to completing his/her academic studies at the home institution.
Confirmation Letter
ARCHE cross registration participants will receive an emailed confirmation letter stating his/her status in the program.
Prerequisites
Cross registrants are subject to the same prerequisites as host students. Please verify with your home institution’s academic advisor to ensure all prerequisites are met. If additional proof of prerequisites is needed by the host institution, an academic transcript is requested and forwarded by Georgia State University’s cross registration coordinator.

ARCHE Cross Registration Program Restrictions Section.
Closed Courses
Certain classes will fill before the beginning of registration for ARCHE participants. A confirmation from the host ARCHE coordinator is emailed and the application status is canceled. Please note: Making an arrangement with the instructor does not guarantee registration into the course. Participants should contact the home institution’s coordinator for possible openings of closed courses at the host institution. ARCHE participants are not considered registered until the host institution’s system reflects registration.
Over flows
ARCHE cross registration participants are not allowed to overflow into closed courses.
