Commencement Fair
The Commencement Fair will be held on Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8 in the Student Center Court Salon from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Student Check-in
All degree candidates attending the commencement ceremony on May 10 must receive an entry pass into the Student Assembly Area. Passes will be distributed at the Commencement Fair on Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8 in the Student Center Court Salon from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
If you indicate on your Graduation Application that you will not participate in commencement, no provision will be made for your seating. If you have subsequently decided to attend, you must come to the Graduation Office (231 Sparks Hall) by April 25 to sign up for participation.
Regalia
Students who ordered their caps and gowns online prior to the March 5 online ordering deadline should pick up their regalia at the Commencement Fair on Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8 in the Student Center Court Salon from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
For those who missed the March 5 online deadline, cap and gown orders will be taken during the Commencement Fair. Cap and gown orders taken during the Commencemet Fair will be available for pick up in the Universiy Bookstor on May 5 through Commencement.
NOTE: Guests of graduates DO NOT need passes/tickets to enter the Georgia Dome to view the ceremony. Also, there is NO LIMIT to the number of guests that the candidates may invite.
