International Student & Scholar Services at Georgia State University assists hiring departments with the process of preparing an application for U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status for foreign national employees.
Currently, we are updating and reviewing our information and applications. We will have a new permanent residency information packet and application linked here soon. In the meantime, complete the Permanent Residency Approval and Intake form listed below and send to, Tammy Lyskowinski, Assistant Director, ISSS , 252 Sparks Hall . After review, your department will be contacted about the how to proceed.
The policy below details which positions are eligible for sponsorship of both H-1B and U.S. permanent residency. Most questions about who is eligable for permanent residency sponsorship and costs are answered by this policy.
