Request for Individualized Testing Accommodation (R.I.T.A. Forms)
The Office of Disability Service is committed to providing excellent customer service. In order to continue to uphold our commitment we must alter our policies to ensure the best services and overall testing experience. Beginning Spring 2011 R.I.T.A. Forms should be submitted 5 full business days prior to the exam date. This will ensure successful communication between ODS and instructors and ensure all testing materials are available upon students arrival on exam day.
***Please note: Failure to comply with 5 day policy will result in rescheduling of the exam***
Link outline on "How To" completing R.I.T.A. form; entire form must be filled out completely.
