Psychopharmacology Update

Dr. Belinda McIntosh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University.  After obtaining her bachelor’s in Biology at Harvard College, she attended medical school at Duke University and Emory University.  She completed a general psychiatry residency at Emory, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. 

She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  As a faculty member at Emory, she is engaged in a variety of clinical, teaching, and research endeavors.  She is a staff psychiatrist in the Student Health and Counseling Services, is actively involved in research, and teaches, supervises, and evaluates students in the medical school and residency training program.  

She is a member of the American College Health Association and the American Psychiatric Association.
