Chairs and program Directors have played and continue to play an integral role in the development of the CTW initiative. They have worked with their departments to develop CTW courses, in many cases working to revise entire degree programs to address the needs of their students with relation to the Critical Thinking through Writing program. They also support Ambassadors in their duties as CTW departmental representatives.
