Research Scholars Program
This program provides support for GSU faculty to engage in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL), i.e., conducting research on improving student learning in their courses with a goal of publishing this work in peer-reviewed journals. A cohort of faculty is selected each year and provided a small stipend to support their research. In return, they commit to becoming part of a faculty learning community which meets several times each semester to share ideas and offer suggestions as to how to advance their SoTL research agendas.
