Help In A Crisis

The Counseling and Testing Center is open for emergencies from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday, Thursday and Friday and 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are a student in a crisis during our business hours, call the Counseling and Testing Center at (404) 413-1640 or come to the Center at 75 Piedmont Ave., NE, Suite 200 A, and ask for the on-call counselor.  You will be asked to complete some paperwork.  However, if you feel unable to do so because you are in such significant distress, you may complete it later.

If you need help during the Counseling and Testing Center's off-hours, call 911 or the 24 hour mental health crisis line at (800) 715-4225.
