Components of the Life Skills Program

The key components of the Life Skills Program include:

  • Ongoing collaboration with various Departments, faculty, staff and students involved in the health and well-being of the campus community
  • Referral
  • Intervention/Education/Prevention (e.g., stress management, anger management, emotional management, goal planning, conflict resolution, team building, communication skills, decision making skills, etc.)
  • Mindfulness
  • Nutrition Education
