POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW AGREEMENT
GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY POSTDOCTORAL PROGRAM
August 6, 2012 - July 31, 2013

In accepting Georgia State University’s Postdoctoral Counseling and Testing Center Fellowship for the 2012-2013, the Fellow agrees to the following terms of employment with the Georgia State University Counseling and Testing Center.

1. In order to complete a 2000 hour postdoctoral program given vacation, sick and professional leave, the full-time postdoctoral fellow is expected to schedule 44 hours per week at Georgia State University’s Counseling and Testing Center. Eighteen to twenty hours a week will be scheduled as direct contact with students in the role of individual, couples or group counselor/therapist, on-call clinician, and outreach/psycho-educational consultant or presenter. Another one to two hours per week will be scheduled as direct service as an individual supervisor of two graduate practicum students. Two hours per week will be scheduled in individual supervision with senior supervisors licensed for 3 years or more. Fellows will join a supervision of supervision group and have the opportunity to present in case conferences. The postdoctoral fellow will also attend staff meetings and training meetings.

2. Approximately 75% of the Postdoctoral fellows' time consist of general service delivery and training as described above. The other 25% of the Postdoctoral fellows' time is allotted to the Integrated AOD program for assessment, intervention and supervision. .

3. The Counseling and Testing Center will provide the fellow with an office, computer and Internet access along with office support.

4. The annual stipend for a full-time fellowship at the Counseling and Testing Center is $27,000 plus benefits.
