Eating Disorders Program: In the spring we co-present an Eating Disorders Awareness program with the Office of Health Promotions, Psychology Clinic, and Health and Recreation. This may include screenings, sponsoring a number of different programs and activities on campus, and potentially bringing a speaker to the Atlanta area to speak to college students during the national eating disorders awareness week.

INCEPT: Each year we present information to parents during the Incoming Freshman Orientations. The Inceptors join us in answering questions that parents often have about the campus, the village, letting go, and other areas of concern.

Keep Hope Alive: The Keep Hope Alive Series is a collaborative program that we conduct with the Office of Undergraduate Studies and University Housing during Fall and Spring semester. The goal is to help students develop the necessary academic skills in order to retain and maintain the Hope scholarship during their tenure at GSU.  We present 4 workshops that cover study skills, time management, stress management and general information about how to navigate the University. Students participating are required to attend all four workshops.

National Screening Days: Anxiety/Depression, Alcohol Awareness, and Eating Disorders: We participate in the National Screening Programs for each of these events, co-sponsored with the Psychology Clinic. In addition we participate in the Fit Fair that is sponsored by the Recreation Center each Spring and coordinate the Alcohol Screening for students during the Fit Fair.

Panther DEN:  Panther DEN is part of Panther Promise and offers a variety of services dedicated entirely to addressing the unique challenges that face the Georgia State University student-athlete.  These services are offered in conjunction with the Life Skills Lab. These services are available to aid the student-athletes in their personal life as well as enhance their athletic potential.
