Volunteer Event Timeline

  • 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast in the Student Center Ballroom

  • 10:15 a.m. - Report to the Shuttle Pick-Up Location

  • 11:00 a.m. - Check-In

  • 11:45 a.m. - GSAC Briefing with Volunteer Coordinator

  • 12:00 p.m. - Volunteer Briefing with GSAC

  • 12:15 p.m. - Report to Assigned Areas

  • 12:30 p.m. - Doors Open to Degree Candidates and Guests

  • 2:00 p.m. - Degree Candidate Processional Begins

  • 2:15 p.m. - Concessions Close

    • Limited Beverage Kiosks Remain Open during the Ceremony

  • 2:20 p.m. - Faculty Processional Begins

  • 2:30 p.m. - Platform Party Processional Begins

  • 4:00 p.m. - Check-Out and Shuttle Departure

  • 4:45 p.m. - Final Shuttle Departs from the GA Dome for Campus
