Georgia State University is continuing the tradition of holding a separate Ph.D. Commencement and Hooding Ceremony. The students receiving this degree will be honored on December 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at The Rialto Center for the Arts. Faculty advisors who will be assisting with the hooding of Ph.D. candidates should contact the Commencement Office at (404) 413-2254 to register for the ceremony.

Faculty members not assisting with the hooding of Ph.D. candidates are encouraged to participate in the Bachelor, Master and Specialist Commencement Ceremony on December 14, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the Georgia Dome. Please click on the "RSVP Online" tab to register and check this site for information on parking and shuttles, arrival time, line-up location and regalia rental.
