On February 16, 2012, Zhou Xiaoou, dean of the College of Fine Arts at HangZhou Normal University, visited and gave a talk at Georgia State University. Jointly hosted by the Ernest G. Welch School of Art and Design and Confucius Institute, Professor Zhou gave the interesting workshop and lecture” Across Latitude and Longitude”.
