The U.S. Postal Service issues a Chinese Lunar New Year stamp every year, and typically hosts a ceremony to commemorate the launching of the stamp, which is usually held on either the east coast or the west coast.USPS decided to hold the launching ceremony in Atlanta. This year’s rabbit year stamp was designed by a Chinese American artist, Kam Mak. The Confucius Institute saw this as a great opportunity to promote the Chinese culture and to collaborate with USPS.
