Etiquette Dinner
During the interviewing process you may be invited to attend a dining function. This appears to be a social activity in which one can relax, but these dining experiences are part of the employment process and the candidate is closely observed. In order to prepare students for this activity, UCS invites etiquette advisors to the campus and provides a seminar in professional dining etiquette during a meal. Topics include appropriate ordering, correct silverware usage, appropriate topics for mealtime discussion, and many other aspects to teach students how to successfully conduct oneself in one of the more delicate aspects of the employment process.
